This project is a redesign and improvement from the previous project, aimed at simplifying networking and community management for individuals and organizations. Additionally, it includes the development of tools to help users connect, collaborate, and grow. More details about the project cannot be disclosed due to its ongoing development and an NDA. Other than that, I also design the original website for Flipbizz with multiple pages and SEO implemented using framer before they change to the latest one. The project is to create a fresh looking web application with a lot of improvements from the previous project. The improvements include encompassing elements such as authentication, organization and users profile, AI features and etc.
To prepare for this project, I've been diving deep into the previous design and features that need to be improved for a better user experience. This includes conducting users feedback, research the target users, sketching site map, guide style, confirming the design with front end and backend developer and also conducting background research on the industry and existing applications. By gathering this comprehensive data, it helps to refine which part of the existing application design that needs to be updated and which part of them that need to be kept. Other than that, I utilize AI to help with content and modify it as necessary. Aside from that, this project also required me to design a welcome email, verify email and some email marketing campaigns using SendGrid and create website designs using Framer.
